Downtown Round Rock Welcomes Fire in the Hole

The seed for the Fire in the Hole was planted after Jonathan Creasey met up with fellow former Domino's franchisee, Jeff Bajalieh, who opened Slice in Birmingham—a similar concept—in late 2011. "It didn't take long to realize that this was the style of restaurant that I wanted—combining my passion for pizza and great beer," says Creasey.

With ideas from Slice in hand, Creasey sold his last Domino's store in late 2012, and set off for Round Rock, TX looking for a site for his concept. "When I saw the historic buildings, I knew I had found what I was looking for."

We have put together a talented team and combined responsibly sourced ingredients with a unique seasonal menu to bring you our best. We hope you truly enjoy Fire in the Hole (FITH)!

Downtown Round Rock has quite the history, and the original buildings make it a great destination and the perfect location for FITH.
